Again we thank God for His faithfulness while in America. We found His promise “for those who love God all things work together for good; for those who are called according to his purpose” is fulfilled every day of our lives. Blessed be His Name!
As we returned home, we encountered some less pleasant situations at the Chicago airport, but God’s faithfulness cannot be changed by man. When in difficult situations we need to continue trusting Him as He is in control, no matter how complicated the situation seems. Once home we had a hard time adjusting to the time change, but we were happy to be home with our children.
For the last 4 years we have been investing in the life of Marian and Carmen Popa and family. In previous updates I asked for prayer support, for the Lord to work in his life. At first he was very repulsive, but being a beekeeper, he wanted to have discussions with me related only to beekeeping. Time passed and we saw things change in his life, but returning now from America, he came to our home to see us. We were happy to see him. He had to go to Bucharest with some work and I asked him if I could pray for him, for his trip, and for safety. He agreed and, together with the children, we all joined hands, including Marian, and I prayed. To our surprise, as soon as I had finished praying, Marian began to pray that the Lord would give him light regarding God’s will for his life. Both my wife and I were shocked. After he left we almost jumped for joy because we see God is working in his life.
Keep praying for this family, that God will bring them to faith, and will experience new life in Jesus Christ.
Thank you for the time you set aside to pray for us.
May you know Romans 8:28 to strengthen you daily in your walk with the Lord.
