Peace to you, our dear ones!
We greet you in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, with a verse from Scripture, 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18: ” Rejoice always, 17 pray continually, 18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. “
And we are joyful when we see the work of God among the people in Comani. Together with Veronica we gave glory to God when one day, we were thinking about the early days of the ministry, when we had to go door to door to call people to Bible study or to church. Today we see people who bring others to church, who know the programs of the church, such as Bible study, meeting with women, different projects, etc. and for that we give thanks to our God.
The meeting with the women (every two weeks) is a real encouragement for me and my wife when we see the women who leave everything, regardless of what they have to do, and come to the meetings. There are around 20 women who willingly expose themselves to the Word and this is an extraordinary thing for which we praise God. Pray with us that the Lord will open their hearts to remember everything they are told as the Bible says in the Acts 16:14b.
This month we also start group meetings for Bible study, which will take place every Friday evening. Pray that people will let themselves be transformed in their minds by the Word, that they will be ready to put God’s teachings above people’s opinions, that they will have the courage to say, “YES” to God, even if there will be people who will laugh at them.
It was a challenging summer in our family. Following an investigation, Veronica, my wife, received a wrong diagnosis and, for a month and a half, while we waited for diagnosis to be confirmed, the whole family had a lot of stress. Thank God it turned out to be a laboratory error and she is fine.
Now that the pandemic has passed, we started to have teams to help us in our ministry.
This month we had a team from Texas with us, with whom we served the people through visits, in which we sought to encourage, pray for them, evangelize, etc.
Thank you for your prayers, may the Lord reward you, and may His blessings be showered upon each of you!
