Even a little makes a difference in society. The people were very surprised by our actions, that we were giving masks and soaps. They told us that no one has done this on the street yet. Already, some people know about Hope Church and they even said that they are following us on Facebook. Even though the pandemic still exists, and it seems as things aren’t prospering, Jesus is made all the more known in the city. Together we can make a difference in people’s life, so please come alongside me to enlarge the Kingdom of God!
As you know, for a couple of months, I have been investing in some people that are part of my small group. This past Sunday after having church and lunch together with them, we prepared some packages with masks and soaps to give to the people on the streets. It was raining, but I saw their joy and enthusiasm. The two men that were with us, were speaking amongst themselves saying, “ Hope Church really cares about us.” Viorel, who has been coming
for 3 months, said that, “Mrs. Ana has a big heart for the people.”
To see that the investment in people brings fruit and that people around us are being served is a joy for
me. Let’s be a family for these people and try to encourage them! If you want, you can write an email and I would give it to them.
I went to Mrs. Aurica, an elderly 80-year old woman. She was on the bench trying to sell flowers. After some questions, I found out that she lived 50 years with her husband, a man that beat her daily for 40 years. She told me that after beingbeaten, her skin was as black as her skirt and wanted to kill her a few times, because she wanted to leave him. I told her about God, and she then proceeded to tell me that she cannot be saved, because she doesn’t keep the laws found in the Old Testament, being imperfect.
I told her about Jesus Christ and salvation that is found only in Him and she continued to say that can’t be saved. I explained some illustrations to help her to understand more about God, heaven, His righteousness, justice and love, Jesus Christ’s sacrifice on the cross and how she needs faith in Christ, in order to go to heaven with God. She understood and received Christ as Lord in her life. Please continue to support me in my calling! I cannot do the work by myself…together we can change lives!
Prayer Requests:
- For people to respond to the Gospel and for me to have wisdom when I share the Gospel.
- Johan and Aurel started to read the Gospel of John (two of my disciples), to discover God.
- To not be worried and to remain faithful to God, regarding my needs.

I enjoyed meeting Johan and Aurel. I have been praying for them to know Jesus Christ as their saviour, and that they would read in John. I will also pray for Mrs Aurica. Thank you for sending the newsletter.
