Hope Church Craiova has a mission to plant a church in Thessaloniki, Greece.

Thessaloniki is a city of over one million people in its greater urban area. It is also a city with deep biblical history. The Apostle Paul preached there, a church was born there, and two New Testament letters were written to the believers in Thessalonica.

Today, Greece remains a place of great spiritual need. Evangelical Christians make up less than 0.5% of the population. Our desire is to see a healthy gospel-centered church planted in Thessaloniki, where people can hear the Gospel, meet Jesus, grow as disciples, and become part of a living Christian community.

We want to bring the hope of Christ to Thessaloniki through evangelism, building relationships, discipleship, and ultimately planting a church.
