Hope for Africa

Kataka Nzanzu

My name is Kataka Nzanzu, and I am from the Democratic Republic of Congo. I was born in 1999 into a Christian family. I gave my life to Jesus Christ in 2019, and since then my heart has been set on knowing Him and making Him known.

I am currently studying Information Technology at Africa International University in Nairobi, Kenya. I also serve at Nairobi Baptist Church through music, singing and playing acoustic guitar. I have had the opportunity to participate in mission work across several African countries, which has deepened my desire to serve God and impact lives through His Word.

During my internship in Romania, I connected with Hope Church, where I was discipled and trained in Christ-centered Bible interpretation and discipleship. This experience helped me understand more deeply what it means to be rooted in God’s Word and to make disciples according to the teachings of Jesus.

Through Hope for Africa, my vision is to share what I have learned by helping equip others in Africa to become true disciples of Christ, grounded in Scripture and living according to the way of Jesus.
