Fighting with spiritual and physical poverty

Marin is a child in the suburbs of Craiova, a city with over 300,000 people. Like any other city in Romania, there are kids and young people with social and physical advantages and others without. Marin is one of the kids that was abandoned by his mother and his father was not very available. Together with his 5 siblings, he lives with his grandparents.

As you can imagine, their finances are very limited. When I saw him and his siblings, I thought about what privilege and grace some of our kids and youth have been given. They have the benefit of being raised in a stable family. And with all of this, my calling is burning like a fire within me to see how we can reach the people of Craiova with the Gospel and basic physical needs.
