Should I stay behind or adapt to the times?

This is one of the questions that came in my mind constantly during this period. The mission and the church are going through very difficult times as you well know. That’s why I had to direct my mission according to the period in which we live. One of the verses that encouraged me during this time was:

“I can do all things through Christ which strengthenethens me”

– Philippians 4:13

How did I adapt?

I understood that the world is moving in an online sphere, that’s why together with the planting team from Craiova I emphasized the mission in the virtual sphere. That is why lately, together with others, I have been more involved in the digital ministry such as editing videos with Christian messages and posting them on the Church’s YouTube account. I was somehow one of the people behind this project that I hope touched people.

Another way I served was to lead people in worship on Sundays through “facebook LIVE”. Still worship is not the same as when a lot of people are gathered together to glorify God, I continue to serve people and help them worship God.

I participated at church social projects. Because I understood that people are in need during this time. We managed with a lot of effort and support from you to bless others with food for over 100 families and to help 4 hospitals in Craiova with medical equipment. (liquid soaps, masks, gloves, disinfectants)

Prayer requests:

1. You can pray that I can divide my time well between school and mission. During the academic year I am active between 10-12 hours a day in the morning at school and in the afternoon activate in the mission.
2. For all people who have heard the Word lately to have a positive response. Both those in the virtual environment also the doctors and families who have been blessed.
3. For there to be unity and teamwork in the planting mission of “Speranta Craiova Church”
