About Missionary
My name is Florin Lucian Brînceanu, born on December 12, 1985 in the town Cervenia, Teleorman County Romania, where I grew up and I have come to know the Lord Jesus as my savior Through my brother Alin.
I studied four years at the Faculty of Law Spiru Haret Bucharest, and four years at the Baptist Theological Institute in Bucharest and the other two years of Master at the University of Bucharest.
Without any theological education, God called me to serve His kingdom since I was a very young and weak vessel. My missionary service began at 18 when I went as a volunteer where ever was needed to evangelize, preach, and then continued with the coordination group of students from ,, leaders of tomorrow” in Bucharest and continued with my ministry as pastor in the village of Potcoava.
In 2015, God called me to move to plant a church in a university town.
About Ministry
Position
Missionary in Craiova – Responsibility on the department of discipleship and the Shepherd care. Ministry I live in the city of Craiova, Romania and part of the national task team under the leadership “of Hope Church of Craiova”, the leader and founder is my pastor Raul Costea.
Vision
To discover the gifts and skills of people and help them grow in the Lord through discipleship and get them involved in various ministries to help others come to know Christ as their Savior.
Mission
To identify the needs (spiritual, emotional, professional and material) of people and to respond in a practical and relevant way. Why? Because they know the way of the Lord Jesus brings deliverance from the power of sin and saving them.
Strategy
Recruiting people (workers, missionaries, pastors) locating the short or long term. Development of partnerships with local churches and organizations
Partnership

Short-term missions
Join or lead a team to Romania and work alongside us in evangelism, kids ministry, Roma ministry, church-planting and much more.
Prayer Support
