Peace to all of our dear ones!
We want to greet you with the verse from Isaiah 54:10 which reads: “The mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my love shall not depart from thee, neither shall my covenant of peace be removed, saith the LORD, which hath mercy on thee.”
Thanks be to our God who is three times Holy, Holy, Holy! In this pandemic, which is difficult for every man on earth, God’s privilege for us has been to see the power of God’s love for His children and His unsurpassing mercy! As a family we are grateful to God for protecting us. He has blessed us in spending family time with our children, enjoying fellowship with them more than ever before, knowing such joy in the way God works in their lives! We thank Him for the prayers and for all the support in the name of the Lord Jesus for the expansion of His kingdom!
During this time we were able to help people from Denmark with food in this pandemic, because many of them could not go shopping or needed food. They were glad that someone still remembered them during this time when they thought they were forgotten. The glory belongs only to the Lord!
I had time to socialize as well as know the Word better and study the Word with young people who regularly come to the programs we organize. We were glad that they were consistent and willing to know Scripture, but also that they saw the love of God through our living as a family. They asked questions to understand why and how they can live a life dependent on God. For example, Gabi comes from a disadvantaged family, with a difficult situation in a family member who is not sociable and very withdrawn. We organized an outing for the young people and she came, too. She spoke very little and answered only after we insisted, but we were glad to see that she began to trust us and little by little, talked to us about herself. At the same time we learned that her birthday was one of the days we planned for the young people. We decided to surprise her and make her birthday with everyone who was there, that she might feel loved and appreciated. It was a great joy for her, and for us, to see happiness on her face!
We are also grateful to God for the multi-functional building in which we began to have church meetings. We enjoy fellowship in the Lord and with brothers and sisters. Glory to Him because thanks to Him this is possible! We now have a building where we can have meetings for evangelism, fellowship and church programs.
Prayer Requests:
Pray that those visited with food hear God speak to them personally, and to search their hearts to see that God calls them to holy and true repentance because He loves them.
Pray also for the young people who come regularly to the programs, that God will continue to work on their hearts, to have the power to fight their life challenges. Pray for the opportunity to make camp for them with Bible study and games in which they will get to know God better.
Pray for members and those who visit church. Pray for evangelism programs, that the Lord will work in hearts and each will come to Him with a sincere and steadfast heart.
We urge you to pray for the week of August 3-9, when we will have time to study the Word, sing praises to the Lord, and invite people to learn the Scriptures. Please remember us in prayer and that we may glorify Him in all!
Pray for us to be filled with the power of the Holy Spirit, that the work of the Lord may prosper and that people may come to Christ.
Thank you and the Lord Jesus to bless you all!
