For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in,I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me. Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you? The King will reply, Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.
We have been living difficult times when we were not able to have church meetings into our home during the pandemic but we praise God that we have been able to provide food supplies for those in need, widows and families with young children.
Even that we couldn’t have public meetings, we have visited people regularly encouraging them from the Word of God and praying.
One of our projects that we have been able to start this year: “a fishing rod not a fish” has given us the opportunity to provide a cow for a family , with the purpose of helping them to self-sustain. Eugenia (the mother) has kidney cancer, the husband is unemployed but he is working in the village when he finds work and they have a very low income. They were happy to receive the cow and we are grateful that we could share the Love of Christ and they saw that God is the one who provides and takes care of them.
One of our sisters in Christ, Titina is living in a small old house with no electricity and no running water. God put us on our hearts to do someting for this sister, especially since she has mobility problems and it’s widow so we starter to pray and to do a fundraising so we could help her get electricity. God is good and we praise Him for all the people who donated. This fall Titina was able to have electricity and she is praising God for this posibility.
We want to give thanks to God and praise Him that He was with my wife, Raluca in the hospital and she safetly delivered our baby girl Daria. She is now 2 weeks old anx we couldn’t be happier that we received such a wonderful gift.
Please pray for our family and for the people that we visit so that they will see Christ in us and His kindness will lead them to repent
