During the period of January–April 2026, the church activities continued at a steady pace. Although at times we felt a bit of routine setting in, we were reminded by the Scripture to be faithful in the tasks entrusted to us. This perspective motivated us to remain consistent and dedicated in our service.
Throughout the week, our gatherings were organized as follows:
Thursdays are dedicated to Bible study.
We have a women’s meeting every other week led by Veronica, and on the weeks in between, I lead a spiritual growth study for our members. These meetings have greatly contributed to strengthening relationships and deepening our biblical understanding.
March 8th – International Women’s Day (Mothers’ Day) was celebrated with our annual event for women. Over 40 women attended, and it was a time of fellowship, encouragement, and appreciation. Special thanks to K.W. for his support in making this event possible.
On Fridays, we hold a joint study where we reflect on and discuss the previous Sunday’s sermon. This time is valuable for a deeper understanding of the Word and its practical application in our daily lives.
Saturdays, every other week, we hold the youth group meeting, led by Priscila, and I share a message from the Scriptures. These gatherings are interactive and aim to draw the youth closer to God in a relevant way for their age.
Sundays, starting at 10:00 AM, we have our general assembly. It’s a time for bringing our prayer requests before God and listening to the preached Word, which we strive to apply in our lives.
Besides the spiritual aspect, the social component has also played a significant role. With the support of the Food Bank and cooperation with stores like Penny Market, we have managed to receive food supplies almost daily, which we then distribute to those in need. One aspect that stood out to us was the response of an individual who, two years ago, declined assistance, believing that others were more in need. Recently, in the current context, the same person accepted help with gratitude. This highlights the decline in living standards and the growing needs within the community, even if they are not always fully recognized.
We want to thank God for His provision and all those who have contributed to this work. Their generosity has made it possible not only to distribute food but also to create a pleasant environment for youth meetings and study groups, with pizza, refreshments, and other resources.
I pray that my God will take care of all your needs and bless you a hundredfold.
