Dear friends and ministry partners,
We thank God for another two months of ministry and for your faithful prayers and generous support. Your partnership enables us to continue serving our community and sharing the hope of Christ with those around us.
May
Throughout May, we continued the regular rhythm of our church ministries, including Sunday worship services, Bible studies, children’s ministry, women’s ministry, and youth meetings.
At the beginning of the month, we had the joy of welcoming a team from LG. Although they were with us for only half a day, their visit was a tremendous encouragement. Together we made evangelistic and pastoral visits, encouraging believers and reaching out to others in the community. We also distributed food packages to families in need. Even in such a short time, God used them to bless both our church and our community.
Each Saturday at 11:00 a.m., we continue gathering with the children. Investing in the next generation through God’s Word remains one of the greatest privileges of our ministry, and we are thankful for every opportunity to teach them about Christ.
Our women’s ministry also continued to be a place of spiritual growth and fellowship. Along with studying God’s Word together, the ladies enjoyed a special pizza evening that gave everyone time to relax, encourage one another, and strengthen friendships.
We are especially thankful for our partnership with the Food Bank, which allows us to provide food assistance to more than 40 families every month. Beyond meeting practical needs, this ministry creates meaningful opportunities to build relationships, demonstrate Christ’s love, and share the Gospel.
Toward the end of May, our youth group took a short break so that Priscila could focus on her final high school exams. Before the break, we gathered for a pizza party to celebrate another wonderful season of studying God’s Word together, growing in our faith, and building meaningful friendships.
Our Friday evening Bible study also paused for the summer at the end of May. We marked the close of another encouraging season with a pizza party, thanking God for His faithfulness and for the fellowship we have enjoyed together.
On a personal note, Veronica and I celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary in May. We are deeply grateful for God’s faithfulness throughout these years and for the privilege of serving Him together as a family.
Every Sunday at 10:00 a.m., our church family gathers to worship the Lord through singing, prayer, the reading of Scripture, and the preaching of God’s Word. These weekly gatherings continue to be the foundation of our church life.
June
June was a significant month for our family. Petru completed his eighth-grade national exams, while Priscila graduated from high school and began her final Baccalaureate examinations. We are sincerely grateful to everyone who prayed for them during this important season.
While our family celebrated these milestones, ministry continued at its usual pace. Week after week we gathered for worship, taught the children, visited families in their homes, encouraged church members, and continued serving those in need through our food distribution ministry.
Many days of ministry may seem ordinary, but faithfulness is often found in the ordinary. God calls us to serve Him consistently, whether we are preaching, teaching children, visiting families, or meeting practical needs. We are thankful for the privilege of being His hands and feet in our community and for the opportunities He gives us to reflect His love each day.
The words of 1 Peter 4:10 continue to encourage us:
“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”
Thank you for your continued prayers, encouragement, and financial support. Your partnership makes this ministry possible, and we are grateful to serve alongside you as, together, we continue sharing the hope of the Gospel.
May God bless you!
