About Student
My name is Adriana Gulica, and I am from the Republic of Moldova. I grew up in a family that was half Pentecostal and half non-practicing Orthodox. I went to church not because I wanted to, but only to avoid my motherâs long conversations titled, âHow can you not go to church?â I was always neutral. I did not deny the Lordâs existence, but I did not promote it either. However, at the age of 15, because of problems in my family and at school, I started blaming God, and in the end I began to deny His existence. I told myself that if He existed, then things would have gone differently.
A year later, I realized that the Lord had given me another chance to come to Him. When I was one step away from death, the Lord had mercy on me. Then I came to Him and admitted that He had always been with me, even when I denied His existence, even when I acted as if I could not see or hear.
On August 15, 2021, at the age of 17, I made the decision to publicly confess my faith through water baptism.
I am currently involved in youth ministry, the ECHO YOUTH ministry, where I take care of organization and logistics.
The projects I will be working on are the following: organizing the Echo winter camp, coordinating Echo Night events, Echo logistics, and online discipleship.
